GENERAL GUIDELINES

  • Catering should be ordered at least 48 business hours in advance.
  • For orders requested within 48 business hours, Express Catering may still be available for pick up from the café.
  • Please review the minimum order for each item, in most cases this is 10.
  • Cancellations/changes require one full business day notice for all food events and two full days notice for all special events. Orders that are canceled the day of the event are subject to a 100% charge to cover the cost of the purchased and prepared food.
  • $12.00 delivery charge for simple drop off
  • $25.00 delivery charge for complete set-up and breakdown.

SPECIAL SERVICES

  • We are able to create customized menu for special events. We can also provide specialty linen, table coverings and formal dinnerware.
  • Linens: standard in house table coverings will be provided to cover all food tables. Linens are available for covering seating or other tables for $5.00 per linen and $1.00 per linen napkin. The standard color is black. Additional colors are available but cannot be guaranteed.
  • Labor: catering manager will recommend the appropriate staffing depending on the size and scope of your request. Catering requests that start or continue past 5pm requires after hours labor. Charges for specialized services such as chefs, carvers, and bartenders will be determined based on your event. Additional staffing requires advance notice of two (2) business days.
  • China: China service is available at an additional $7.50 per person.
